DANCING IN THE FIRE OF LIFE'S TRIALS I am glad you like My Sense of humor. I do, too. It certainly brings sunshine where there used to be rain. I love laughter. It is one of My Greatest Gifts. It just turns even the most desolate situation around. The fun of life is to be able to laugh as you experience its trials. I do not mean to make light of life's trials for they certainly are painful. I only mean to point out that even in the greatest of pain, I send a lightened spirit to lift your heart just a little. You know life is quite difficult at times. I know this, too, for I suffer with you. When you think of pain, think of Shadrach, Meschach, and Abednego. Remember that I joined them in the furnace. When the heat got so intense, the king saw four people in the fire - dancing. When they were released from the fire, the flame had touched not a hair on their heads. The same is true of all of My Friends. I am in the fire with them. I do not take away the pain (although, for some, I do). I help them dance in the fire by sending signs to them of My Presence. These signs bolster them and help them tolerate the pain in their lives. For persons who are depressed, the psychic pain is excruciating. There does not seem to be any hope of survival. When they look around, all they see is death and destruction - usually of themselves. Of course, I do not want them to have this pain or to be destroyed. So, I break into their negativity. I have a friend call. I play a song on the radio that stirs their hearts. I help them experience My Presence. Sometimes, I send something so downright funny, they laugh. The laughter cuts through to their souls and, for a while, the pain subsides. I know it is hard to believe in Me when you are in pain - but I am there with you. I feel your pain with you. In fact, because I am there, I deflect some of the pain from you, and I absorb it. Do you understand that when you bleed, I bleed, too? For I do. I died on the cross for all pain for pain is not from Me. It is the outcome of sin - your sin - the sin of your ancestors - the sin of others in your life - the sin of their ancestors. I came to end the pain in this world. This pain comes from satan. My Victory over the ultimate pain - death - was a victory over satan and his evil ones. My Resurrection demonstrates there is life without pain. There is life for eternity without pain in My New World, which I am making over in My Image and Likeness. Do you understand what I am saying? My New World, My Kingdom, can begin right here on earth as you choose Me as your One True God. All of My Reminders to you - a laugh - a phone call - a reading, etc. - are there to remind you of My Existence and of My Love for you. Choose Me. Choose My Way of life. Even if you suffer for a while, it is the fire of purification necessary for you to live with Me in My World for all time. Remember, as you experience this fire of purification, I am in the fire with you. I can help you dance on the coals of sanctification as you transition from the world of sin to My World of freedom. When you emerge, you will be unscathed. I promise you. If you invite Me into the fire of your sanctification, I will make your pain bearable. The pain is not from Me. It is the separation anxiety of letting go of the ways of satan and adopting mine. I wait for you. I pray for you. I love you. SILENT LOVE Silence in your heart is a gift from Me. I send it to you at your request so that there can be no distractions from Me. I strengthen your will so that for a while, We can be together without any need to speak. We see. We know. We love together in silence. It is the silence of Our inner selves exchanging wordless love. It is the silence of just being together. I call you to this silence in your heart for it is the ultimate expression of Our mutual love. For a while, Our hearts meet, and all eternity stops. The hush is deafening. In that hushed silence, We exchange mutual love. I, Jesus, fill you with the love of My Most Sacred Heart. You, in your humanness, have reached for a star and found Heaven in silence with Me. Joy and Peace are the outcomes of this Heavenly exchange. It is not something to be described or thought about. It is something to be experienced. It is My Gift to those in the merry-go-round of life who stretch out their arms beyond safety to catch the gold ring of My Love. I know how idealistic this sounds, but My Friends, I am the Eternal Idealist. What is wrong with being idealistic if you stretch yourself beyond your limits and touch Me in silence? I know that is certainly a listing of contradictions - to go beyond you - and touch silence. Who would ever think of such a ridiculous proposition? I did, and I do. That is how you catch My Golden Ring. You surrender to Me. You walk away from all the world of man teaches you to value and seek after Me with your whole heart. I am there for the touching. I am here in the loud silence of your heart ready to exchange My Gift of silent love with you. I tell you now. This gift is matchless. How do you achieve it? You cultivate Our relationship and practice emptying yourself of you and spending one minute in silence with Me. Eventually, that extends to longer and longer periods of silent loving. Oh, how I long to love with you in the silence of your heart! Oh, how I long for you to JUST BE with Me! Oh, how I love it when you exercise your free will choices to the point of just being with Me in Heavenly silence. This is where We exchange Mystical Love. That is where I show you My Beatific Vision. That is where We are so close We can hear each other's heart beating in the rhythm of Eternal Love. Is this too spiritual for you? Is this seemingly impossible for all you spiritual chatterboxes who spend time telling Me what I already know? Why not be quiet with Me so that I can tell you what you do not know and need to know? I am not a silent God. I do speak to you in the silence of your heart - even if you do not hear one word. So, try to take the first step towards being silent in your heart with Me. I am here waiting for you. Believe Me when I tell you how rich this experience will be. Come to Me, chatterboxes. Be still for a moment with Me. Then, extend that moment to another and so on. Soon, before you even know what happens, we will be One in the silence of Our hearts, and Heaven will explode in your soul. STAY A WHILE WITH ME I entreat you to stay a while with Me here in the quiet depth of your being. You are safe from harm resting with Me for no harm would ever dare come near where I reside. It is so good to have you here with Me. In silence, in meditation, in love, we explore My World, and through your writing of My Word, allow others to JUST BE with Me. The love in My Heart for you is overflowing because of your dedication to coming to be with Me. I know how hard things are for you in the world outside of Me. That is why I have invited you to come in and warm your heart with My Love. Isn't it nice to have a place within yourself where you can be free to just be? It's like floating on air or on your back in a pool looking at the sky above. You can hear the water lapping at your ears, but you just do not care for it is just so wonderful to feel the sun, lean back, and just be. The beauty of My Restful Spa is that it is filled with Sanctifying Grace - the redeeming ointment for your soul. As you lean back and relax in My Redeeming Waters, My Love enters your being through all the open pores of your soul. It fills you up with My Peace and My Love. What more could you ask? I know how new this is for you. You never thought you could be quiet for even five minutes. To do this for an hour is miraculous for you. True! However, it is My Gift to you. In the crazy world outside of My Love, pain and tragedy buffet you. As you come to Me, I give your being a protective covering of My Sanctifying Grace - just enough for the day. Oh, My Friend, My Love for you and all My Creations is such that it defies description. When you learn to JUST Be with Me, you will need no words. You'll see! You'll know! I love My Quiet Ones. I love My Gentle Ones. They are soft. Soft as snow. You are One of My Quiet, Gentle Ones. As such, people who do not know you misread your quietness and gentleness. Some think you are weak because of your silence at times. We know quite the opposite is true. Some think you are cold and uncaring. Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, if the truth were known, they would see you care too much. I am going to change that quietness just a bit in the days ahead. I will draw you ever so carefully out of your quietness to where you will express more and more the beauty which resides at the depth of your true self. In getting to know you, then, through you, others will get to know the piece of Me which resides at the core of their true self. This will not be painful for you. In fact, it will be quite pleasant for My Most Holy Spirit will guide the entire process. You know this time has been coming forever so long. What a joy it will be for you to be free to be your true self, not only with Me, but also with all those others who had totally misjudged you. This is also My Gift to you. In your honesty, My Truth will come to others.
